Common questions

FAQ

Where is my download after purchase?

You'll receive an email from Stripe with a download link immediately after checkout. Check your spam folder if it doesn't appear within 2 minutes.

My .cube files won't open. What do I do?

Make sure you're using the desktop version of your editing app. CapCut mobile does not support .cube files — use CapCut desktop. DaVinci Resolve requires the free version or higher.

Can I use these LUTs on client work?

Yes. Every CleanLUTs pack includes a personal and commercial license. You can use them on client projects, YouTube, social media, and paid productions. You cannot resell or redistribute the .cube files themselves.

Which variant should I use for my camera?

Match the variant to your log profile: Sony → S-Log3, Canon → C-Log, DJI → D-Log M, iPhone → Apple Log, Fujifilm → F-Log. If you don't shoot log, use the Rec.709 variant.

Do you offer refunds?

Digital downloads are non-refundable after delivery. If files are corrupt, incomplete, or won't open, contact us and we'll send a replacement immediately.

Does this work on iPhone or mobile?

Yes — mobile support for .cube files is growing. Adobe Premiere for iOS lets you load custom LUTs directly under the "Looks" section: select a clip, tap Looks, then the + button, and navigate to your .cube file. Other apps are adding similar support. If your mobile app has a LUT, Looks, or Color Profile import option, CleanLUTs .cube files will work.

Can I use these in CapCut on my phone?

CapCut mobile does not currently support importing .cube files — use CapCut desktop (Windows or Mac) instead. For mobile editing, Adobe Premiere for iOS supports custom .cube LUTs natively.
