Refund Policy

Digital Downloads — No Refunds After Delivery

All CleanLUTs products are digital downloads. Once your order is completed and the download link is delivered, the sale is final and non-refundable. This is standard practice for digital goods.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund or free replacement if:

• The downloaded files are corrupt or fail to open
• You received the wrong pack due to a technical error
• The download link failed to deliver after payment

In these cases, contact us at support@cleanluts.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details and we will resolve it immediately.

Compatibility

Each pack's supported cameras and software are clearly listed on the product page. Please verify compatibility before purchasing. We cannot offer refunds for incompatibility when the specifications were available at time of purchase.
